Lately, as the big G approaches (that's College Graduation for those who don't know me too well), I feel the urge more and more to go somewhere on a little vacation before the real world stuff sets in.
So imagine my delight when I found out about
AirBnB (thanks to Sarah of
Modern Kids). It's basically a site for peeps who want to travel and stay in bread and breakfasts that are really the homes of real live people. Amazing! The rates are cheap (and by the night or the month). The locations look awesome. And what's better than staying with friendly people who know the city you're visiting? From the looks of comments on some locations, it looks like it's a lot like staying with relatives. Which really appeals to me.

| In downtown Seattle, this $69/night Guest Studio is adorable and great location. LOVE! |
So here are some LOVELY places up for grabs.

A Portland, ME "treehouse" with a self-purported hippie named Ted as your host. For $135 a night, I'll take it!

Ah, that looks like the life. Now for me to go plan the rest of my loverly vacation!
